刘××,女,26岁,已婚,住院号943妊3娩4,因上避孕环后月经过多腹痛7年,要求取环绝育入院。患者于1973年11月在农村上避孕环,术后剧烈腹痛两天。1周渐好转,此后无月经来潮,常腰酸腹痛,3个月后方知已孕。1974年9月正常分娩(双胎),未见避孕环排出。产后40天又放一环。当时无何不适,但多年来常感全身疲倦、精神欠佳、腰酸、腹痛、月经过多、而不能参加重劳动。 查体:一般情况尚好,除心率慢外无特殊。妇查外阴已产型、阴道伸展好、宫颈光、子宫大小正常、前位、附件左侧轻压痛,右侧正常。X线透视
