21世纪是经济时代大变革,相对于工业经济时代、农业经济时代、信息经济时代,知识经济对人与大自然的关系、经济的可持续性发展、现有资源的开发、稀缺资源的替代等等有更直接的优势,高效、科学的宏观调控作用使知识经济持续、协调、快速、健康发展。本文以知识经济时代发展趋势为根本,从管理与开发两个方面来对知识经济时代人力资源管理战略对策提出建议。
The 21st century is a major change in the economic era. Compared to the era of industrial economy, agricultural economy, and information economy, the knowledge economy has a relationship with people and nature, sustainable economic development, development of existing resources, substitution of scarce resources, etc. Such as a more direct advantage, efficient and scientific macro-control role so that the knowledge economy sustained, coordinated, rapid and healthy development. This article is based on the development trend of the era of knowledge-based economy, and puts forward suggestions on strategic countermeasures for human resources management in the era of knowledge economy from two aspects of management and development.
