细胞融合是获得远缘杂种的一项重要技术,今后,利用这一技术生产育种材料,不仅是在远缘间进行单一的对称融合,而且将实施瞄准部分染色体组(核、细胞质都可能)移入的非对称融合。本文就禾本科牧草苇状羊茅与意大利黑牧草之间对称及非对称细胞融合生产体细胞杂种的现状作一概述。
