随着知识经济时代的到来,市场竞争的动态化、全球化趋势使得信息资源有效利用在企业获取竞争优势过程中显示出越来越重要的作用。我国服务业已多年实现持续快速增长,增速远高于世界平均水平。零售性服务行业表现的更为突出,本文以零售性服务行业为研究范围,以该行业的信息资源的利用情况为研究对象,针对零售性服务行业的特点和现状,提出较为明确的改善性建议,旨在提高零售性行业整体服务水平,以实现该行业更高层次的持续、稳定、均衡的发展。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the dynamic of market competition, the trend of globalization has made the effective use of information resources more and more important in the process of obtaining competitive advantage. China’s service industry has achieved sustained and rapid growth for many years, with its growth rate much higher than the world average. The performance of the retail service industry is even more prominent. This article takes the retail service industry as the research scope and the utilization of information resources in the industry as the research object. According to the characteristics and current situation of the retail service industry, we propose a more definite improvement proposal , Aims to raise the overall service level of the retail industry in order to achieve a sustained, stable and balanced development at a higher level in the industry.
