目的了解溧阳市食用盐含碘情况,为进一步落实食盐加碘消除碘缺乏病的综合性防治措施提供科学依据。方法采集批发层次及居民户食用盐进行盐碘定量检测,根据碘盐监测指标分析检测结果。结果溧阳市2004-2010年检测的2 028份盐样中合格碘盐1 981份、非碘盐24份、不合格碘盐23份,碘盐覆盖率为98.82%,碘盐合格率为98.85%,合格碘盐食用率为97.68%。溧阳市各项碘盐监测指标均>90%,但仍存在少量非碘盐和不合格碘盐。结论溧阳市碘盐指标已达到碘缺乏病消除标准,但仍存在非碘盐冲击市场和少数人群食用不合格碘盐的现象,应采取有力措施,确保碘缺乏病防治工作可持续发展。
Objective To understand the iodine content of edible salt in Liyang City and provide a scientific basis for further implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures of iodine deficiency deficiency by salt iodization. Methods Quantitative detection of salt and iodine was carried out in wholesale level and household salt, and the test results were analyzed according to iodized salt monitoring index. Results A total of 2 028 salt samples were obtained from 1 028 salt samples in Liyang during 2004-2010. Among them, 24 were non-iodized salt, 23 were unqualified iodized salt. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.82% and the pass rate of iodized salt was 98.85% , Qualified iodized salt consumption rate of 97.68%. Liyang City iodized salt monitoring indicators were> 90%, but there are still a small amount of non-iodized salt and unqualified iodized salt. Conclusion The iodized salt index in Liyang City has reached the standard of elimination of iodine deficiency deficiency. However, non-iodized salt is still on the market and the unqualified iodized salt still exists in a few people. Effective measures should be taken to ensure the sustainable development of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment.
