本文针对冷激铸铁类型挺杆最常见的磨损形式-擦伤与点蚀,系统地进行了失效原因的分析。分析对象包括各种类型发动机挺杆共70件,分析工作涉及凸轮挺杆工作条件(运动、受力、润滑等)的分析计算,磨损表面的微观分析,磨损表面层截面塑性变形及裂纹特征的观察分析以及磨屑形貌的分析。在此基础上对擦伤与点蚀的形成机理进行了讨论,提出了擦伤的本质属于应变疲劳和点蚀属于应力疲劳的概念。
In this paper, the most common wear forms of chilled cast iron tappets - abrasion and pitting corrosion are systematically analyzed. The analysis includes 70 types of engine tappets.
