2014 Sochi, Russia Winter Olympics, known as the history of the largest and most number of participants in the Winter Olympics, in this session of the White Olympics, there are “four and five ring” humor, athletes Village Environmental Protection “Amazing, more ” as long as it does not fall is the champion "wonderful event, for playback of the section of the bridge is too numerous to mention. However, what I wanted to talk about here was the old thing that appeared from time to time in the scene of the Winter Olympics in Sochi and in the TV footage - the Russian patchwork. Volunteer costumes, stadium posters, souvenirs ... have their rainbow-like figure. Although it appears as an artistic ornament of the Winter Olympic Games, the art of patchwork is actually far behind the Olympic Movement and the relationship between it and the public is much closer.
