现如今建筑行业是我国经济支柱产业之一,随着经济体制的改革,各企业的管理制度也有了突飞猛进的提高,即便如此,大多建筑企业的管理制度还不够完善,其结果表现为施工项目成本高、利润小,施工项目工期较长,针对上述现象,本文介绍了成本目标管理的意义、管理的角度以及管理顺利进行的基础,如何利用成本目标管理给建筑公司带来最大的经济效益。
Nowadays, the construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China’s economy. With the reform of the economic system, the management systems of various enterprises have also risen by leaps and bounds. Even so, most of the management systems of construction enterprises are not yet perfect. The results show as the cost of construction projects In view of the above phenomenon, this paper introduces the significance of cost management, management perspective and management of the smooth progress of the foundation, how to use cost management to the construction company to bring the greatest economic benefits.
