目的探讨加强整体护理干预措施在控制慢性阻塞性肺疾病中发挥的效果。方法选取我科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者39例进行分析讨论,对患者进行加强整体护理干预措施。结果 39例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受加强整体护理干预措施后,肺功能恢复情况明显优于护理干预前,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施整体护理干预措施能够有效地改善患者的肺功能,提高了患者的生活质量,在临床上具有广泛的推广意义。
Objective To explore the effect of enhancing the overall nursing interventions in the control of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Selected 39 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our department for analysis and discussion, to strengthen the overall patient care interventions. Results 39 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease underwent intensive care interventions, lung function recovery was significantly better than before the intervention, the results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing interventions in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the clinic can effectively improve patients’ pulmonary function and improve the quality of life of patients, which has a wide range of clinical significance.
