僵人综合征较少见,合并眼球震颤的更少见,现将我们所见1例报告如下。患者男性,50岁。因反复四肢抽搐,肌肉僵硬4月余,于1992年4月21日收入院。病前有带状疱疹史。四肢强直于入睡后消失。入院检查:神清。左侧视时两眼有粗大水平震颤,右侧视时震颤较弱。颈有抵抗。四肢伸、屈肌张力均明显增高。腹肌坚如石板,可见肌肉外形。两上肢腱反射亢进,病理反射均呈阳性,肌力正常。脑脊液:阴性。肌电图:肌静息
Stiffer-man syndrome is rarer, and nystagmus is more uncommon. One of the cases we have seen is reported below. Male patient, 50 years old. Admission examination: God clear. The left side of the eyes when there are large horizontal tremor, tremor when the right side of the weaker. Neck has resistance. Extensions limbs, flexor tension were significantly higher. Strong abdominal stone, visible muscle shape. Two upper limb tendon hyperreflexia, pathological reflex were positive, muscle strength is normal. Cerebrospinal fluid: negative. EMG: muscle rest
