为探究汶川特大地震5年后,四川灾区中小学生心理健康现状,研究选取重灾区的2316名中小学生为被试进行调查研究,结果表明:(1)学生在“很难集中注意力”“感到焦躁不安或容易发火”方面得分最高,表现出较高的“持续性警觉”;(2)灾区中小学生的创伤后应激障碍症状整体水平偏高,在学段、性别、留守儿童方面存在显著差异,学生认为灾后的心理状况对自身学习的影响最大。建议整体把握灾后学生的心理健康状况,关注不同群体学生群体的心理特点,针对性的开展心理健康教育,同时应着力解决制约灾区心理健康教育工作开展的几个问题。
In order to explore the status quo of mental health of primary and secondary school students in Sichuan disaster-stricken area after 5 years of Wenchuan earthquake, 2316 primary and secondary school students in hardest-hit areas were selected as the subjects for investigation. It is suggested to grasp the psychological health status of post-disaster students as a whole, to pay attention to the psychological characteristics of different groups of students and to carry out psychological health education in a targeted manner. At the same time, efforts should be made to solve some problems that restrict the psychological health education in disaster-hit areas.
