我院于1974年至1984年共进行了白内障后经路吸出术87例,共121只眼。现将效果与体会报告如下: 术前准备同一般白内障手术,但散瞳不能散的太大,要保持中等大小。以避免或减少术中皮质进入前房。手术方法开始同一般白内障后经路手术,在截囊吸出时要彻底,不然可能形成后发白内障,给患者造成二次手术的痛苦。在一般情况下,术后就可以离床活动。手术效果分析:87例病人中,先天性白内障72只眼,外伤性白内障41只眼,并发性白内障8只眼。入院时视力均在0.02～光觉之间。
