空调房间的气流组织在设计过程中将合理的气流组织作为主要内容,合理的气流组织不仅对空调房间的空调设计参数有影响,而且对整个空调来统的合理运行产生重要影响。为了让细纱车间的温度、空气湿度、空气流通速度以及清洁度在一定的范围内保持不变并且不受其他因素的影响,重大的调节任务就交给了空调送风。本文通过模拟上送侧回和上送下回两种送回风方式进行对比和分析,从而从中找到更加适合细纱车间的空调送回风方式。
The airflow organization in air-conditioned rooms takes the rational airflow organization as the main content in the design process. The reasonable airflow organization not only has an impact on the air-conditioning design parameters of the air-conditioned rooms, but also has a significant impact on the reasonable operation of the entire air-conditioning system. In order to keep the temperature, air humidity, air circulation speed and cleanliness of the yarn workshop constant within a certain range and without being affected by other factors, major adjustment tasks are handed over to the air-conditioner air supply. In this paper, we compare and analyze the two ways of return air supply by simulating the sending-side and the sending-back, so as to find the air-conditioning return air style that is more suitable for the spinning workshop.
