研究了固溶处理对双层辉光离子渗钨钼锯条渗层脱溶组织及其渗碳、淬火回火后组织的影响;对比测定了经固溶处理和未经固溶处理锯条的锯切性能。结果表明固溶处理是消除渗钨钼层粗大脱溶相,改善渗层韧性和大幅度提高锯条锯切性能的有效方法。
The effects of solution treatment on the de-dissolution microstructure of the infiltrated tungsten carbide saw blade after carburization and quenching and tempering were studied. The sawing of the saw blade after solution treatment and without solution treatment was compared performance. The results show that the solution treatment is an effective way to eliminate the coarse de-dissolution phase of the infiltrated tungsten and molybdenum layer, improve the toughness of the infiltrated layer and greatly improve the sawing performance of the saw blade.
