目的:了解宁波市生殖健康服务需求、利用与效果绩效状况。方法:以宁波市为研究对象,调查所属11个县(市、区)2008-2013年间的生殖健康服务绩效。结果:宁波市生殖健康服务事业费绝对值于2008-2013年呈现出明显上升趋势,生殖健康事业费占经常性财政支出比例呈现出明显的下降趋势,从2008年的0.13%下降到2013年的0.08%,下降了37.00%。生殖健康服务需求与效率指标值于2008-2013年间均呈现出明显上升趋势,生殖健康服务效果指标值明显好转。生殖健康知识知晓率、生殖健康服务满意度呈现出上升趋势,但在各地区中均低于88.0%与85.0%。结论:宁波市生殖健康服务绩效总体有较好提升,公平性与可及性有待进一步提高。要进一步加强政府投入,开展有针对性的生殖健康教育与干预,促进生殖健康服务的公平性与可及性。
Objective: To understand the demand, utilization and performance of reproductive health services in Ningbo. Methods: With Ningbo City as the research object, the reproductive health service performance of 11 sub-districts (cities and districts) in 2008-2013 was investigated. Results: The absolute value of reproductive health services in Ningbo showed a significant upward trend in 2008-2013, and the share of recurring financial expenditures in reproductive health showed a significant downward trend, from 0.13% in 2008 to 2013 0.08%, down 37.00%. Reproductive health service needs and efficiency index values showed a clear upward trend in 2008-2013, reproductive health services index value significantly improved. Satisfaction with reproductive health knowledge and reproductive health services showed an upward trend, but both were below 88.0% and 85.0% in all regions. Conclusion: The performance of reproductive health services in Ningbo generally improves well, and the fairness and accessibility need to be further improved. To further strengthen government investment, carry out targeted reproductive health education and intervention, and promote the fairness and accessibility of reproductive health services.
