真菌性角膜溃疡是一种多见于南方农村的严重化脓性角膜溃疡,以往少见;近年来由于大量使用和滥用抗生素、激素与免疫抑制剂,使发病率明显增高。笔者工作单位地处农村,近年来在临床上常碰到真菌性角膜溃疡病例,且多由于病人用土办法治疗以及有的农村医务人员治疗不当,致病情恶化。为总结经验教训,更好地防治本病,现将资料较完整的7例住院病人的治疗等情况作一小结,以供参考。 Fungal corneal ulcer is a more common in the southern rural severe suppurative corneal ulcer, rare in the past; in recent years due to the extensive use and abuse of antibiotics, hormones and immunosuppressive agents, so that the incidence was significantly increased. The author’s work unit is located in rural areas, often encountered clinically fungal corneal ulcer cases, and more due to the treatment of patients with soil and some rural medical staff improper treatment, resulting in deterioration of the disease. In order to summarize the experience and lessons, to better prevent and cure this disease, we now make a summary of the treatment of 7 inpatients with more complete information for reference.
