本文主要论述了如何在十八大精神的指导下,切实做好钢铁生产企业员工思想政治工作这一问题。首先,本文对十八大精神中关于企业思想政治工作的内容进行了深入分析。其次,结合钢铁生产企业的具体情况,以转变员工思想观念、认清思想政治工作形式以及提高员工思想政治建设科学性为切入点,从整体上对企业员工的思想政治工作进行了分析。
This paper mainly discusses how to conscientiously do the ideological and political work among employees of steel production enterprises under the guidance of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. First of all, this article carries on the thorough analysis to the content of the enterprise ideological and political work in the spirit of the 18th National Congress. Secondly, combining with the concrete conditions of the iron and steel manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the employee’s ideological and political work as a whole by changing the employee’s ideology, recognizing the form of ideological and political work and improving the scientific and scientific staff’s ideological and political construction.
