我厂于1973年生产M131W万能外圆磨床,在加工主轴动压轴承短瓦时,工艺要求精车后钳工刮研,平均每人每班刮三块左右,生产效率很低,不能满足当时生产需要。通过大搞技术革新推广以磨代刮新工艺,车间自行设计制造了磨铜瓦夹具。经生产实践证明,新的工艺加工方法生产效率比原来提高了10~20倍,而且加工质量稳定,光洁度可达(?)9以上;接触面积达到80%以上。装配后运转性能良好,无异常现象。改进后不但解决了笨重的体力劳动,而且提高
