为积极探索和大力推广应用公路养护新技术、新材料及新工艺,实现路面材料循环再生利用、节能减排等绿色环保养护目标,在2013年实施的亚行贷款2000万美元实施的“云南省干线路网路面修复工程项目”G108线昆明境内K35+400~K60+400段路面修复工程中,有针对性地解决交通量大、保通困难、保证雨季施工质量等问题,在充分试验研究基础上,对原设计进行优化变更,采用水泥冷再生底基层+级配碎石倒装结构+乳化沥青稀浆封层+温拌再生下面层+温拌沥青混凝土上面层路面结构形式,集多项新技术、新材料、新工艺于一体,形成了一套公路养护大修创新技术。实现了材料的循环利用、节能环保,同时节约成本、提高路面性能,取得了良好技术、经济和社会效益,是养护大修工程新技术应用的示范工程,在公路养护大修工程中具有较高的推广应用价值。
