利用计算机控制和数据处理技术对进口核磁共振谱仪加以改造,使其测试所要求的环境温度由原来的恒温(20±1℃)降至室温。其精度保持不变,硬件方案简捷可靠、软件利用一个标准样品的已知参数来校正系统的刻度单位,算法采用动态的可调刻度单位标定其它样品的测试结果,取得了较为理想的效果。并对影响核磁共振谱仪数据精度的因素及规律作了讨论
The use of computer control and data processing technology to be imported nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to be modified so that the test of the required ambient temperature from the original temperature (20 ± 1 ℃) down to room temperature. The precision is kept unchanged, the hardware scheme is simple and reliable. The software calibrates the system scale unit by using the known parameters of a standard sample. The algorithm calibrates the test results of other samples with a dynamically adjustable scale unit, and achieves a satisfactory result. The factors affecting the accuracy of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR) data and the rules are also discussed
