我国大部分高校出版社属于中小型高校出版社,中小型高校出版社面临的市场环境和自身特点使得中小型高校出版社要走一条区别于其他出版社的发展道路。在新的形势下,产业化经营是中小型高校出版社在新形势下谋取发展的新契机。本文从我国高校出版产业的产业特征和中小型高校出版社的实际情况出发,研究了中小型高校出版社产业化经营的问题,并提出了适合中小型高校出版社特色的产业化经营对策。
Most of our university publishing houses belong to small and medium-sized university publishing houses. The market environment and its own characteristics that small and medium-sized university publishing houses face makes the small and medium-sized university publishing houses take a different path of development from other publishing houses. Under the new situation, industrial management is a new opportunity for small and medium-sized university publishing houses to seek development under the new situation. Based on the industrial characteristics of publishing industry in colleges and universities in our country and the actual conditions of publishing houses in small and medium-sized colleges and universities, this paper studies the problems of industrialized management in small and medium-sized university publishing houses and puts forward the industrialized management strategies suitable for the characteristics of small and medium-sized publishing houses.
