近年来各地生产的中成药品种繁多,笔者发现有的中成药滥用古方名称,而所含药物与古方不符,适应范围也与古方迥异。如广东佛山有个制药厂生产的“金匮肾气丸”,其说明书载:“主要成份:山萸肉、泽泻、牛膝、熟地黄、淮山等。适应范围:肾气腰痛,小便不利,四肢浮肿”。考《金匮要略》肾气丸原方,药物组成为:干地黄、山药、山茱萸、泽泻、茯苓、牡丹皮、枝枝、附子。方中并无牛膝。后世运用本方,常以熟地易干地黄,肉桂易桂枝,亦称附桂八味丸,此方乃温补肾阳名方,主治肾阳不足,腰痛脚弱,身半以下常有冷感,少腹拘急,小便不利或小便反多,尺脉弱小,及脚气、痰饮、消渴、转胞等证。另有济生肾气丸,出自《济生方》,系《金匮》肾气丸加牛膝、车前子而成,治疗肾虚腰痛脚肿,小便不利,功效温阳补肾利水,与《金匮》肾气
