自１９８５年，我国第一家具有风险投资性质的投资公司——中国新技术创业投资公司成立以来，我国的风险投资业有了很大的发展。现在，我国风险捡资公司已有１００多家、总资产达８０多亿元。但这与风险投资作为新经济“孵化器”的称号还有相当一段距离。而且，在我国的风险投资业中还存在一些奇怪的现象。另一方面，精英产业界的精英们对风险投资的厚望，以及各类媒体对风险投资业的支持，基至一些欧府官员对它的呼唤，都使得一切能促进风险投资发展的因素加速发展、提前催生。因此，对我国风险投资市场的现状进行理性分析，会促进我国风险投资业的健康发展。
