本文利用分形几何学对医学图像边缘的增强和检测进行了应用研究。我们采用频域法对典型的医学图像-512×512的CT灰度图像计算它的分形维值。根据分形维值的变化来达到边界检测和增强的目的。结果表明,经处理过的图像与原图像相比较,不同结构的边界有了明显的增强,特别是对图像中的肿瘤结构能更好的识别出来,该方法的应用为医学图像处理和分析领域提供了新的手段和方法。
In this paper, the application of fractal geometry to the enhancement and detection of medical image edges has been studied. We used the frequency domain method to calculate its fractal dimension for a typical medical image of -512 × 512 CT grayscale images. According to the change of fractal dimension, the boundary detection and enhancement are achieved. The results show that compared with the original image, the processed image has obvious enhancement of the boundary of different structures, especially the tumor structure in the image can be better identified.
