研究了0.18C-0.95Cr钢层片状双相组织的拉伸性能。通过修正的C-J分析,研究了临界淬火温度和预淬温度对层片状双相组织应变硬化指数(m)的影响。同一预淬温度下,随临界淬火温度提高,m_1略有提高,m_2明显提高。同一临界淬火温度下,随预淬温度提高,m_1略有降低,m_2明显提高。同一临界淬火温度下,预淬温度愈低,得到的层片状双相组织愈细,不仅具有较高强度,尚有较高塑性。
Tensile properties of 0.18C-0.95Cr steel sheet-like duplex structure were studied. Through the modified C-J analysis, the influence of critical quenching temperature and pre-quenching temperature on the strain hardening index (m) of lamellar double-phase structure was studied. The same pre-quenching temperature, with the critical quenching temperature increases, m_1 slightly increased, m_2 increased significantly. With the same critical quenching temperature, with the pre-quenching temperature increased, m_1 slightly decreased, m_2 increased significantly. The same critical quenching temperature, the lower the pre-quenching temperature, the resulting lamellar biphasic tissue finer, not only has high strength, there is a higher plasticity.
