研究了菇渣对设施盆栽草莓土壤理化性状、根际微生物、土壤酶活性及草莓产量、品质的影响。结果表明,施用菇渣提高了盆栽草莓土壤有机质含量,显著降低了土壤容重和pH值,显著提高了草莓苗期、开花期和盛果期土壤中细菌、放线菌数量以及土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性;施用菇渣显著提高了草莓单株产量、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,降低了可滴定酸含量,改善了草莓品质和风味。综合来看,设施盆栽草莓以施菇渣+无机肥效果为最佳。
The effects of mushroom residue on soil physical and chemical properties, rhizosphere microbes, soil enzyme activities and strawberry yield and quality were studied. The results showed that the application of mushroom residue increased soil organic matter content in potted strawberry soil, significantly reduced soil bulk density and pH value, significantly increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in soil at seedling stage, flowering stage and full fruit stage, as well as soil urease, invertase Mushroom residue significantly increased strawberry yield per plant, soluble solids and soluble sugar content, reduced titratable acid content and improved strawberry quality and flavor. Taken together, the facilities of potted strawberries to Shi Mud + inorganic fertilizer as the best.
