科技情报工作是一种高级思维活动。情报工作者利用特定手段使情报定向传递到用户手中,必须通过情报搜集、情报调研、情报分析等过程。在任何一个过程中,思维活动占了极其重要的地位。然而,思维过程必须按照一定的逻辑规律,才能得出正确的结论。因此,情报工作者应该掌握形式逻辑,才能使情报工作取得预期的效果。逻辑学,是一门专门研究人的思维形式结构、思维规则和规律的一门科学,思维活动是一种非常复杂的活动,但可以分解成一些基本的思维形式和方法。概念、比较、判断、演绎推理等是情报工作中常用的思维方法。在某种意义上讲逻辑思维能力是一个情报工作者素养的重要标志。
Scientific intelligence work is a kind of advanced thinking activity. Intelligence workers use specific means to make the information transmitted to the user through the hands of intelligence, intelligence research, intelligence analysis and other processes. In any one process, thinking activities play an extremely important role. However, the thinking process must be in accordance with certain laws of logic in order to draw the correct conclusion. Therefore, intelligence workers should grasp the formal logic in order to get the desired effect of intelligence work. Logic is a science that specializes in thinking structure, thinking rules and laws of people. Thinking activity is a very complex activity, but it can be broken down into some basic forms of thinking and methods. Concepts, comparisons, judgments, deductive reasoning, etc. are common ways of thinking in intelligence work. In a sense, logical thinking ability is an important indicator of intelligence workers' literacy.
