本文对147例脑转移瘤伽玛刀治疗后随访资料进行分析,其结果表明:无论原发灶来源于什么脏器,各类脑转移瘤对伽玛刀治疗均甚敏感,降低了由脑转移瘤引发的死亡率。辅助全脑低剂量普通放射治疗能够预防或延迟颅内再发转移肿瘤。边缘照射剂量低于14GY治疗无效。资料提示伽玛刀是一种有效的,损伤较小的,适用于中、小体积,估计存活超过3个月的脑转移瘤患者的治疗方法,对于多发转移瘤及手术不可及的部位更具独特疗效
This article analyzes the follow-up data of 147 cases of brain metastases after gamma knife treatment.
