作者用高分辨率CT前瞻性研究了41例活动性肺结核。第一组为29例新近初诊病人,27例痰涂片抗酸杆菌阳性,2例痰培养阳性。第二组为12例新近胸片上有新病灶可能复发再活动病人,其中7例PPD阳性。第一组确诊后3周内,第二组2周内进行CT检查。26例(第一组17例,第二组9例)分别在开始抗结核治疗后1～20月进行CT随访检查。用异烟肼、利福平、乙氨丁醇、链霉素、PAS
The authors used high-resolution CT prospective study of 41 cases of active tuberculosis. The first group of 29 newly diagnosed patients, 27 sputum smear positive acid bacilli, sputum culture positive in 2 cases. The second group of 12 cases of new lesions on the chest film may relapse and re-active patients, including 7 cases of PPD positive. The first group within 3 weeks after diagnosis, the second group within 2 weeks of CT examination.
