1984年1月至1989年12月我院收治中央性前置胎盘37例,均经手术证实.其中31例有人工流产史,占83.76%.现报道如下.1 临床资料1.1 年龄及孕产史:年龄最小15岁,最大37岁,20～30岁29例.初产妇18例,经产妇19例,有人工流产史者31例.28～32孕周23例,33～37孕周14例.1.2 发生率:我院同期住院分娩3649例,其中中央性前置胎盘37例,发生率1.01%(37/3649);37例中31例有人工流产史,占83.76%.1.3 临床症状:本组均有不同程度反复无痛性阴道流血,入院前失血量300～600ml 者24例,700～1000ml
1984 January to 1989 December in our hospital received 37 cases of central placenta previa, were confirmed by surgery, of which 31 cases of artificial abortion history, accounting for 83.76% .Report as follows.1 Clinical data1.1 Age and pregnancy history : The youngest 15 years old, the oldest 37 years old, 29 cases of 20 to 30. 18 cases of primipara, maternal 19 cases, abortion history of 31 cases.28 ~ 32 gestational weeks in 23 cases, 33 to 37 gestational weeks in 14 cases .1.2 Incidence: 3649 cases of hospital delivery at the same period in our hospital, including 37 cases of central placenta previa, the incidence rate of 1.01% (37/3649); 37 cases of 31 cases of induced abortion, accounting for 83.76% .1.3 Clinical symptoms: This group has varying degrees of painless vaginal bleeding, blood loss before admission, 300 ~ 600ml in 24 cases, 700 ~ 1000ml
