对于胎心率分析和胎儿状况评估而言,胎心率基线估计十分重要。为了使现有胎心率基线更为准确、更符合胎心率曲线,本文提出了一种胎心率基线修正算法。首先,本算法找出并修正现有胎心率基线中的偏差部分,再对整条基线进行多次平滑,最后得到修正后的基线。为了评估基线修正算法的性能表现,本文将一种胎心率基线估计算法和基线修正算法结合在一起,并与两种现有的基线估计算法进行了比较。结果表明,包含基线修正算法在内的基线评估算法在分析准确性、运算效率方面均有不错表现,这也证实基线修正算法的有效性。
For fetal heart rate analysis and fetal status assessment, fetal heart rate baseline estimation is very important. In order to make the existing fetal heart rate baseline more accurate and more in line with fetal heart rate curve, this paper presents a baseline correction algorithm for fetal heart rate. First, the algorithm finds and corrects the deviations of the existing fetal heart rate baseline, smoothes the entire baseline multiple times, and finally obtains the corrected baseline. In order to assess the performance of the baseline correction algorithm, a fetal heart rate baseline estimation algorithm and a baseline correction algorithm are combined and compared with two existing baseline estimation algorithms. The results show that the baseline assessment algorithm including the baseline correction algorithm has a good performance in terms of analysis accuracy and computational efficiency, which confirms the validity of the baseline correction algorithm.
