中国教育在线发布《2015年基础教育发展调查报告》。报告显示,近10年来,除学前教育以外,我国基础教育各阶段招生人数与在校生数均呈现下降趋势,近年基本探底。根据该报告,受适龄人口减少影响,小学招生数量在1997年后开始大幅下降,从2500万左右减少至2004年的1747万人。2004年至2014年间,小学招生数量基本维持在1700万人左右,
