德国著名教育家第斯多惠在《德国教师指南》一书中说到:“教学艺术不在于传授,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓动。”心理学家告诉我们,每个人都渴望成功。而成功的欢乐是一种巨大的情绪力量。当一个人的美好行为得到他人的充分肯定,乃至一个小小的成功被他人认可,他会因此爆发更大的热情,产生更大的动力,将某一方面的工作做得更好更出色。
In a book titled “German Teacher’s Guide,” a famous German educator said: “The art of teaching is not teaching but inspiring, arousing, motivating.” Psychologists tell us that everyone desires success. The joy of success is a tremendous emotional force. When a person’s good behavior is fully affirmed by others, and even a little success is recognized by others, he will therefore have greater enthusiasm, greater motivation and better and better work in certain fields.
