我厂铸工车间于1963年初着手在四工位造型机上试验电磁微振压实造型新工艺,于同年下半年基本上试验成功。几年来的实践证明,电磁微振器的性能良好,完全能满足造型要求。因此已广泛装备到我厂现有的三工位半自动造型机、单机半自动造型机、双缸造型机等上面,现简介如下。一、电磁振动器的结构 1.电磁振动器类似一般电磁铁(图1),为适合造型时微振的需要应适当地考虑振动器几何形状、尺寸。撞击行程δ与振动力大小有关。δ太小,振动力小;δ太大,则部件容易损坏。我们认为采用2~3毫米较为适当。
