对Xa2 1在转基因水稻新汕B后代R1、R2 群体的遗传方式及稳定性进行初步分析 .特异PCR分析从分子水平表明Xa2 1基因已稳定遗传至R1代 ,自交R1代的抗感带型分离比为 3:1,揭示出Xa2 1基因在转基因水稻中按孟德尔方式遗传 .Hyg培养基发芽和田间接菌鉴定显示 ,Xa2 1转基因水稻对Hyg和白叶枯病的抗性多数在后代中出现3:1的分离 ,对白叶枯病的抗病性呈连续分布 ,能传递至较高世代 ,并且能在R2 代获得纯合株系 .图 3表 3参 12
The genetic patterns and the stability of Xa2 1 in R1 and R2 populations of transgenic rice Shantou B were analyzed.A specific PCR analysis showed that Xa21 gene has been stably inherited to R1 generation at the molecular level, The isolation ratio of 3: 1 revealed that Xa2 1 gene was inherited by Mendelian method in transgenic rice.The germination and field inoculation of Hyg medium showed that the resistance to Hyg and bacterial leaf blight in Xa21 transgenic rice was mostly in the offspring A 3: 1 segregation occurred, and the disease resistance to bacterial blight was continuously distributed, passed to higher generations, and homozygous lines could be obtained in R2 generation.
