我院于1986年4月采用乙酰螺旋霉素、甲硝唑和强的松(简称ASMP)药膜插入牙周袋内治疗牙周炎,经过3年200例临床治疗观察,取得了较满意的效果。一、处方:乙酰螺旋霉素(AS)2.5g甲硝唑粉(M)5g强的松(P)0.3g聚乙烯醇(PVA-17-88)5g盐酸地卡因0.5g尼泊金乙酯0.1g甘油10ml蒸馏水加至100ml 二、制法:将乙酰螺旋霉素、甲硝唑、强的松、盐酸地卡因粉混合均匀研细过筛,称为ASMP药粉,备用。取聚乙烯醇加入50ml蒸馏水浸泡,充分膨胀后,置于水浴上加热至溶解。另取适量蒸馏水加热溶解尼泊金乙酯,两液合并,将上述ASMP药粉和甘油分别加入合并液中,搅拌均匀,制成膜浆100ml。放置待气
