项目地址西班牙萨拉戈萨项目面积250m~2设计单位A-cero本案是对一套双层公寓进行全面改造,公寓占据了一栋四层楼建筑的最高两层,建筑始建于上世纪80年代初。从第一任屋主开始,这套现已被完全废弃的公寓几乎从未被翻新或改造过,所以在本次改造前,公寓内所有的材料和涂饰均保留着当时的经典式样,老旧过时的家具也从未更新过。在改造过程中,根据当地的建筑规章,只有窗边陈旧的百叶窗仍需被保留,然而这样却影响了房屋的采光。基于对房屋进行完整改造的目的,设计师需要对房屋内的所有元素进行改善:布局、灯光、装饰以及各类设施等等。
