经民政部批准,中国风景园林学会于93年5月17日在北京召开了第一次会员代表大会,通过了园林工程分会章程,选举了第一任理事会,经理事会推选,由甘传林同志任理事长,北京园林古建公司经理王玉龙同志、江苏古典园林建设公司经理邹铭祖同志、中国对外建设总公司广州园林公司经理利建能同志等三人为副理事长,分会办公地点暂设北京中外建园林公司。
Approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture held its first member congress in Beijing on May 17, 1993. It passed the constitution of the branch of landscape engineering and elected the first council of councilors.
