目的 :探讨肾细胞癌血管生成及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 LSAB法检测肾细胞癌血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)的表达和微血管数 ( MVC)。结果 :癌组织中 VEGF的表达与 MVC有关 ;有肿瘤转移者 VEGF表达和 MVC的等级分布显著高于无肿瘤转移者。结论 :肾细胞癌血管生成可能有赖于癌细胞合成分泌的 VEGF来调节 ;VEGF表达和 MVC均与肿瘤转移有关 ,有可能作为判断肾细胞癌转移潜能的预后指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between angiogenesis and tumor metastasis in renal cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the number of microvessels (MVC) in renal cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry LSAB method. Results: The expression of VEGF in cancer tissue was related to MVC. The expression of VEGF and the distribution of MVC in patients with tumor metastasis were significantly higher than those without tumor metastasis. Conclusion: The angiogenesis of renal cell carcinoma may depend on the synthesis and secretion of VEGF by cancer cells. The expression of VEGF and MVC are both related to tumor metastasis, which may be used as a prognostic indicator to determine the metastatic potential of renal cell carcinoma.
