近年来,我省病毒性肝炎发病率升高,社会各界都较为关注。为探讨其发病趋势和影响因素,现将我省29年(1959～1987年)来的疫情资料作初步分析。 1 发病动态 50年代以来,病毒性肝炎发病率呈现阶梯式上升趋势。在本省的法定传染病位次中由60、70年代时的第6～9位,上升到80年代的第1～3位。年发病率在全国29个省(市)中的位次,由80年代前的第13～20位跃居到第3～8位。
In recent years, the incidence of viral hepatitis in our province has risen, and people from all walks of life are more concerned. In order to explore its trend and influencing factors, the data of epidemics in our province from 2959 to 1987 are analyzed. 1 incidence of disease Since the 1950s, the incidence of viral hepatitis showed a step-up trend. The number of notifiable infectious diseases in this province rose from 6th to 9th in the 1960s and 1970s to 1th to 3rd places in the 1980s. The annual incidence rate among the 29 provinces (cities) in China ranked the third to the 8th by the 13th to the 20th places before the 1980s.
