企业档案管理是企业管理的一个有机组成部分,近年来企业档案工作逐步走向规范化管理。随着国有企业改革的不断深化,如果企业档案工作还停留在目前管理状态,将很难有大的发展,也不利于为企业中心工作服务。因此,我国国有企业档案管理要积极探索档案工作发展的新思路,着手进行档案管理制度的完善和发展,建立适应企业特性和符合企业发展方向的企业档案管理制度体系。

With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, if the enterprise archives still remain in the current state of management, it will be difficult to have a big development, but also not conducive to the work of the enterprise center. Therefore, the file management of the state-owned enterprises in our country should actively explore new ideas for the development of the file work, proceed with the improvement and development of the file management system, and establish a system of enterprise file management that adapts to the characteristics of the enterprise and meets the development direction of the enterprise.
