房地产业是中国的支柱产业,2007年商品房销售额是2.96万亿元,占GDP的12%,对GDP增长的总贡献率高达27.49%。房地产的产业链上下延伸比较长,上游可以带动钢铁、水泥和玻璃等,下游可以带动房屋装饰、家用电器等一系列消费品的需求。眼下,房地产业正在迎接一场划时代的节能革命。10月1日正式实施的《民用建筑节能条例》(简称《节能条例》),设置了以建筑能效测评标示为特征的新建建筑市场准入制度,并要求对既有居住建筑进行节能改造。
Real estate is a pillar industry in China. In 2007, the sales of commercial buildings was 2.96 trillion yuan, accounting for 12% of GDP and the total contribution to GDP growth was as high as 27.49%. Real estate industry chain extends a long time up and down, the upper reaches can lead to steel, cement and glass, the downstream can drive housing decoration, household appliances and a series of consumer demand. Right now, the real estate industry is embracing an epoch-making energy-saving revolution. On October 1, the “Regulations on Energy Conservation in Civil Buildings” (“Energy Conservation Regulations”), which was officially implemented, set up a market access system for new construction buildings featuring energy efficiency evaluation marks and required energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings.
