鲁迅第一次买房鲁迅一生买过两次房,其中第一次买房是在1919年,五四运动之后,买的是西直门内一座四合院。这座四合院前后三进,有正房有厢房有耳房有花园,还有一个小跨院,将近30间房,成交价是3500块(银元,下同)。鲁迅钱不够,是跟弟弟周作人合买的。周作人手头也不富裕,两人征得母亲同意,把绍兴老家的祖宅卖了,卖了1000块。然而房款还是不够,鲁迅又去银行申请了为期三个月的短期贷款,贷了500块,才把房款凑齐了。
