Through elaborating the development status and development bottleneck of the continuous industry in the state-owned forest zone of the Greater Hinggan Mountains and taking the construction of ecological function area as an objective, “Ecological-based, industrial complex,” the continuation of industrial development model, and identify ways to promote its successor industry development.
