目的:探讨微信平台在神经外科护理管理的应用。方法:以浙江省丽水市中心医院神经外科护理科室为研究对象。2015年9~12月以传统口耳相传的模式进行护理信息传递,设为对照组。2016年1~4月以微信平台模式进行信息传递,设为观察组。观察两组护士对于重要信息的掌握程度、护理细节和改进方法的执行情况、重点工作的完成程度、不良事件的发生情况。结果:观察组护士对于信息的了解和掌握情况、护理细节的注意、工作的完成、护理质量都显著性提高。结论:实施微信平台的模式进行信息传递,可有效提高病区护理工作质量,提高患者的生活质量,而且此种模式灵活方便,管理对象易接受,管理效能显著。
Objective: To explore the application of WeChat platform in neurosurgical nursing management. Methods: The nursing department of neurosurgery in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province was studied. From September to December 2015, nursing information delivery was conducted in the traditional model of word-of-mouth transmission and was set as the control group. From January to April in 2016, the information was delivered in WeChat platform mode and set as observation group. Observe the two groups of nurses for the mastery of important information, nursing details and implementation of improved methods, the completion of key work, the occurrence of adverse events. Results: The observation group of nurses for the information to understand and grasp the situation, attention to nursing details, work completed, the quality of care were significantly improved. Conclusion: The implementation of WeChat platform model for information delivery can effectively improve the quality of ward nursing work and improve the quality of life of patients. Moreover, this model is flexible and convenient, the management object is easy to be accepted and the management efficiency is remarkable.
