本文介绍了基于光纤内部产生热辐射的温度传感器的理论及其实验研究方法。应用石英光纤可以测量从室温至1000℃范围内的温度,我们演示了使用普通光纤与探测器在低至1350℃时的工作情况,用这一方法还能确定热区域在光纤中的位置和长度。这种温度传感器可用于监视电气设备的热扩散,如电机和变压器,而一般的测试技术却无能为力。若把这种光纤用于电气设备的制造过程,其温度监视器有助于避免事故的发生。
This paper introduces the theory and experimental research method of temperature sensor based on heat radiation inside the fiber. Using quartz fiber to measure temperatures from room temperature to 1000 ° C, we demonstrate the use of normal fiber optics and detectors down to 1350 ° C. This method also determines the location and length of the hot area in the fiber . This temperature sensor can be used to monitor the thermal diffusion of electrical equipment, such as motors and transformers, and the general test technology can do nothing. If the optical fiber used in the manufacture of electrical equipment, its temperature monitor helps to avoid accidents.
