保安服务是政策性很强的工作。随着保安服务业的蓬勃兴起,保安人员在人民群众中已逐渐树立起良好形象。正因如此,保安服务就更要讲政策,讲方法。作为客户领导不可认为保安员“吃我的饭、拿我的钱、让你干啥就得干啥。”保安员也不要“事随主见”,被人指使去干那些法律、政策不允许的事。四川省仁寿县保安公司驻大洪煤矿的保安员,遇事不蛮干、宣传政策、讲究方法、协助矿领导和当地政府说服群众,化解矛盾,平息闹事,这才是真正的“文明执勤、优质服务”。
