司法审判关系社会公平正义,最能触动民众的敏感神经,成为网络舆论关注的主要对象。网络舆论往往通过作用于行政性权力的方式实现对司法审判的影响,其影响具有双重性,一方面网络舆论实现对司法审判的监督;另一方面网络舆论极易误导社会公众,损害司法权威,过度曝光侵犯当事人及家属的合法权益。因此,本文认为要实现信息技术时代司法审判与网络舆论的良性互动,就要在司法改革形势下,多措并举,实现司法审判的独立。 Judicial adjudication of social fairness and justice, the most can touch the people’s sensitive nerves, become the main target of the network media attention. On the one hand, the internet public opinion realizes the supervision of judicial adjudication; on the other hand, the internet public opinion can easily mislead the public and damage the judicial authority. On the other hand, Overexposure violates the lawful rights and interests of the parties and their families. Therefore, this paper believes that in order to realize the benign interaction between judicial trial and internet public opinion in the era of information technology, it is necessary to make every effort to realize the independence of judicial trial under the situation of judicial reform.
