水系沉积物中的金要求测至1ppb。本文在已有资料的基础上,用聚氨脂泡沫富集金,硫脲解脱,平台石墨炉AAS测定。特征量11.6pg/0.0044A.S。仪器和试剂:日立180-80原子吸收光谱仪,GA-3石墨炉,金空心阴极灯,氩气。平台用日立标准石墨管取其中部有槽部分制成,端视呈弧形。中部宽4mm、厚1mm;两端宽3mm、厚0.5mm;长12mm、重约100mg。刚好嵌入日立标准管中部,易于定位。挡光量少于5％。金贮备液:10ppm;工作液:50ppb。
