一、前言 油罐液面燃烧特性的研究,是认识石油产品贮罐火灾的基础,而对辐射热的研究则是其主要内容之一。 油罐液休燃烧火焰的辐射热,是造成油罐间火灾蔓延的直接原因或间接原因。研究证明:罐间火灾蔓延,一般不是因燃烧油罐火焰的直接烘烤引起的,而是由相邻油罐流过来的燃料蒸气引燃造成的,相邻油罐燃料产生燃料蒸气的能量,则是燃烧油罐火焰的辐射热和热对流提供的。所以掌握油罐火灾辐射热的特性及其预测方法,对制订罐区予防措施,决定贮油罐间合理间距,保证灭火活动的安全等都是必须的。
I. INTRODUCTION The research on the surface combustion characteristics of oil tanks is the basis for understanding the fires of oil products storage tanks. The research on radiant heat is one of the main contents. The liquid heat from the flames of the flammable liquid in the flammable liquid is the direct or indirect cause of the fire spread between the flames. Studies have shown that the spread of fire between cans is not caused by the direct baking of the flame of the burning oil tank but rather caused by the ignition of the fuel vapor coming from the adjacent oil tank and the energy of the fuel vapor generated by the adjacent oil tank fuel, It is provided by radiant heat and convection of the combustion tank flame. Therefore, it is necessary to master the characteristics of radiant heat of tank fire and its prediction methods, to formulate the prevention measures for the tank farm, determine the reasonable spacing between the storage tanks, and ensure the safety of the fire fighting activities.
